LUX pursues significant growth strategy and begins search for CEO

LUX is an Edinburgh-based technology company focussed on oilfield chemical measurement. We have developed a number of innovative measurement technologies and following on from successful trials the next step in the company's development is to make a step change, "Science to Service". This involves hiring an experienced full-time CEO with strong oil and gas service company business development skills. At the same time, LUX, currently funded by angel investors, will raise £2-3m to support its commercial growth phase. This is a terrific opportunity for the right person to lead a company through the growth phase and to a probable trade sale over the next 4-5 years.

LUX Assure Limited

LUX has officially changed its name to LUX Assure Limited as of 10th May 2013. 

Formally LUX Innovate Ltd, we have been using the LUX Assure band for our Oil and Gas division for many years and focused solely on this division in late 2009. Following recent significant investment in the company to transform us from a technology development business to a service provider for the oil and gas industry, we have decided it is time to make this name change official.
